This post is in response to The Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge. The inspiration for this week was Prolific. I was all prepared to start posting my pictures of everything that’s blooming around me this lovely Spring. But, as I was preparing for my 3 year old son’s birthday party, I came up with a different take on the subject. I spent a good part of the morning filling and tying water balloons for the celebration.

The package had 80 balloons and I think there were roughly 10-15 that were defective or popped…sooo, as I processed through these things I kept thinking of that word…prolific. 😂 The boys had a blast with them and left a prolific amount of little water balloon corpses behind after their battle.

I’ve fallen behind with my Date posting, but plan to post about Dates #7 and #8 this week.
